This paper examines Cheondogyo activities by period based on relics that were donated to the Donghak Peasant Revolution Memorial Foundation from the three generations of Kim Hong-ki, Kim Jong-hwan, and Kim Dong-gyu. The first was donated to the Donghak Peasant Revolution Memorial Foundation twice in September and October 2017 by Kim Dong-gyu, which is owned by three generations who have believed in Donghak and Cheondogyo, leading to Kim Hong-ki, Kim Jong-hwan, and Kim Dong-gyu. The donated relics are 646 cases and 762 pieces, including materials related to Cheondogyo, which is a significant amount of 2,467 pieces. By type of donated relics, official documents are the most common, and documents and certificates are included. Regarding these data, "Most of them are materials related to Cheondogyo that are not even in the Central General Administration of Cheondogyo, and a large-scale illumination is needed.“ Second, the activities of Cheondogyo in Namwon region, as seen through donated relics, are confirmed from the period of the Korean Empire until the 1960s after liberation. The appearance of Cheondogyo in Namwon region can be confirmed through seals and doctrines issued by the Cheondogyo Church during the Korean Empire period. In addition to the activities of the Namwon Diocese, the Japanese colonial era specifically confirms social activities such as Singanhoe, and after liberation, the Cheondogyo Church's disputes are confirmed.
